work with me
I put AI to work in real businesses.

This page is how you hire me. I'm an AHPRA-registered pharmacist who builds AI systems every day, and I offer four things: an AI opportunity audit, automations and agents, websites and products, and healthcare AI work — each with something real you can click before you commit to anything.
Most AI advice is a deck full of hype. My version is simpler: find where AI genuinely pays off in your business, build it, and hand you the keys.
Start here
AI Opportunity Audit
A fixed-scope look at how your business actually runs: where the hours go, which of it AI and automation can genuinely take off your plate, and — just as important — what isn't worth automating yet. No jargon, no vendor pitch.
You get a ranked roadmap you own outright. Build it with me, build it with someone else, or build nothing — the audit is honest either way.
Then, if it's worth building
Automations & AI agents
Systems that do real work while you don't: monitoring, drafting, triage, reporting. The same kind run my own week — one watches job listings around the clock and texts me the good ones; another drafts a newsletter from live data every night.
Websites & products
Landing pages, ordering flows, and full products — shipped in days, not months, using the same AI leverage I'd be advising you on. Recent builds: a catering kitchen taking WhatsApp orders, a gym, a signage brand.
Healthcare & pharmacy AI
Clinical workflow tools, evidence-honest health content, and AI that respects how healthcare actually works — designed by someone with professional registration on the line, not just an API key. Includes honest evidence reviews of health claims and products.
How it works
A short call and an honest look at how the work flows today. I listen more than I talk — the goal is finding the real bottleneck, not selling you my favourite tool.
Fixed scope, working software early. You see real progress in days, not a slide deck in week six.
You own everything — code, accounts, documentation. No lock-in, no forced retainer. If you want me on call afterwards, that's available; if not, you're genuinely free.
How I work
- ✓Evidence over hype. If AI is the wrong tool for your problem, I'll say so and save you the money. Same rule as my writing.
- ✓I only take on work I'd put my name to publicly.
- ✓A small number of engagements at a time — I build fast because I build daily.
- ✓Plain English in everything: proposals, code comments, handover docs.
Proof, not promises
A few things you can click right now:
- →Muskan — a catering business taking real WhatsApp orders
- →Strength Base — a client build for a Melbourne strength gym
- →The Agent Wire — a newsletter drafted nightly by four AI reporter agents
- →The full build list — shipped, half-built, and honest about which is which
Case studies
Life OS: the agent fleet I run my own week on
A markdown second brain, a local knowledge engine over it, and scheduled agents that run parts of my week. What still needs me, and what breaks.
The Agent Wire: agents in production, not a demo
Four AI reporter agents draft a newsletter nightly. Where the human gate sits, and the failure modes that put it there.
PharmAssist: mapping the AU pharmacy landscape
The healthcare-domain build — Supabase and OpenStreetMap data behind a pharmacy map. Honest about the pre-revenue stage.
Strength Base: build it, then hand over the keys
A client build for a Melbourne gym, scoped, built, and handed to its owner. No retainer required.
Questions
What's in scope of the audit? A map of where your hours actually go, a ranked list of automation opportunities with effort and cost stated plainly, and a "don't automate this" list. See the full breakdown on the audit page.
What's out of scope? The audit doesn't include the build itself — that's a separate, optional engagement — and it doesn't cover work needing real patient or client identifying data through AI tools. More on /audit.
How is data handled? De-identified only where health or client data is involved, and human sign-off on anything clinical. I'll tell you upfront if something in your business shouldn't go near an AI tool at all.
What happens after the audit? You get a written roadmap you own outright. Build it with me, build it with someone else, or build nothing — see /audit for how that decision gets made.
Tell me what's eating your hours.
Two or three sentences about your business is enough. I read every email myself — and if AI is the wrong answer for your problem, I'll tell you that too.
