I'm working with the team on the digital front door to pharmacy. Our goal is to make it easier for customers to get what they need, and for the pharmacy team to manage those requests.
Why we're working on it
Handing in an eScript or finding a product can mean waiting at the counter. Meanwhile, the pharmacist is moving between questions, incoming requests and checking prescriptions. We want to make those everyday steps easier to manage.
What it does
Our in-store kiosk lets customers submit eScripts, find products and connect with the pharmacy team. It brings those requests together so the team can see what needs attention.
My part in it
I'm a co-founder, working on it with the team. I'm particularly interested in the customer flows: what someone sees, what they need to do next, and how that fits into the pharmacy's work.
